14-day cooling-off period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ordered products are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. This period starts on the day after you, or someone you have designated, received the product. Within this period you can withdraw from your order without giving a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to handle your order with care<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During the cooling-off period you may examine the product as you would in a shop. Handle the product and the packaging with care. Return the product, where reasonably possible, complete, unused and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registering a return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Let us know within the cooling-off period by means of a clear notification by email. Include your name, order number and the product you would like to return. You will then receive the next steps from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returning the product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After your return notification, send the product back as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after your notification. The direct cost of returning the product is at your own expense, unless Testa Omega-3 agrees otherwise with you in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When is a return not possible?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Some products cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken after delivery. Not sure whether your product can be returned? Send us a message and we will look into it with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After we receive your return, or after you have demonstrated that you have sent the product back, we will process the refund. We refund via the same payment method you used for your order, unless we agree otherwise together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How long do I have to return my order?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after you received the product. Within that period you can indicate that you would like to return your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do I have to give a reason for my return?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

No, within the cooling-off period you do not have to give a reason. We may ask you for the reason so that we can improve our service, but you are not obliged to provide it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who pays the cost of the return shipment?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The direct cost of returning the product is at your own expense, unless Testa Omega-3 indicates in advance that it will cover these costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I return an opened product?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
